1) Do I need a photo ?

Photographs are only required for season passes.
If you are ordering via internet, you can download your photo in various formats (jpg, gif, png), which will already be installed on your computer or camera. This stage is compulsory and you will not be able to go pass to the next stage of ordering without downloading a photo.If you order by post, don’t forget to include an identity photograph for each pass required.

2) My photo is already on your database…

Even if we already have your photograph, the internet-ordering service still requires a photograph, and you will need to upload another one

3) There are a number of us coming. Are there special group prices ?

We consider that a group booking comprises 13 people or more, who are part of an organised group, for example an association or a works council and who make a single, group payment. 13 friends coming on holiday together does not qualify for a group tariff.

4) If I order my lift passes by post, can I still get the -10% Les Gets/Morzine ‘Tribe' discount ?

The ‘Tribe’ discount applies when a minimum of 4 people buy 6 - 14 consecutive day lift passes for the Les Gets/Morzine ski area in advance. It is not the fact that you have bought them on line that gives you the reduction. So you can still enjoy the -10% reduction, even if ordering your lift passes by post.  You will not be able to benefit from this discount if you buy your passes at the lift-pass office once you have arrived in the resort

5) And the family discount for the Portes du Soleil and Les Gets/Morzine ?

There is also a discount for families. Contrary to the ‘tribe’ discount, this pass is ONLY available from the lift-pass office once you have arrived in the resort and must be supported by ID proving a family connection.  Your family must compose of a minimum of 2 adults and 2 children.

6) I haven't received my order confirmation.

Sometimes the default security settings on your computer will filter out our e-mails as spam.  Check that the email is not in your spam folder.  If not, contact us by telephone or email.  If you have gone as far as the payment page without any problems,  this usually means that your order has been registered, We will forward your confirmation as quickly as possible.  The confirmation email will come from commandes@sagets.fr.

7) I have heard that I need to present the bank card I used when reserving in order to collect my lift pass.

This is a security precaution. However, you should also print your order confirmation email and, if you don’t have the card with which you made the purchase on you, you can present a valid piece of  identification.

8) There are 4 of us coming skiing, but my son has reserved a beginner's ski deal. Are we still eligible for the ‘tribe' discount?

Yes, but you can’t order your lift passes on line.  Contact us for an application form via email or post.  Specify that you have 1 or 2 children who are reserving beginners ski deals, comprising lift passes and lessons bought directly from your ski school.  Complete the form with the surnames and Christian names of the children and buy the additional lift passes at the ‘Tribe’ discount price.  Return the above to us by post, ensuring that you include any existing rechargeable hands-free cards, your payment by cheque and all the requested information.
