An ideal ski area for learning to ski
Accessible from the arrival of the Chavannes gondola, this learning area is located in a quiet, safe environment away from the ski area. It consists of two conveyor belts, a snow wire and a gondola for skiing on 4 gently sloping runs. The area is fully accessible to pedestrians.

No more icy gusts of wind and snow in your face: now you can enjoy a comfortable lift, whatever the weather. The beginners’ slope has also been enlarged and fitted out to ensure regular snow cover throughout the season.
Access to the Mappys area now costs €14 for children and €19 for adults. This pass includes unlimited use of the conveyors and a return trip on the Chavannes cable car to Les Gets ski area.
