This is an electronic support card on to which your lift pass is credited. You carry the card at all times, and it can be read electronically at distance by the reading devices at the bottom of each lift.
Three advantages :
- Practical. Less risk of loss or deterioration because this card remains in your pocket (do ot place it with your mobile phone, any other hands- free card, keys or any metal object).
- Environmentally Friendly : Rechargeable season after season.
- Good Value : No need to repurchase a card and from now on you can save precious time by recharging your lift passes on line (avoiding lengthy queues at lift pass offices).
When you recharge your ski pass online, you can use a rechargeable card you already own: most ski area cards work (often marked Team Axess with a recharge number in the format: WTP XXXXXXX-XXX-XXX).
You can also buy a card online for €3, then collect it from one of our collection points : Collection point details
The hands-free card has a unique number, made up of 14 digits and letters. This number is called the Internet N° or WTP N°.
It is written on the N° format: XXXXXXXX-XXX-XXX with numbers and/or letters (never the letter "O", but the number zero).
When you enter this number for your online order, and check "DO YOU HAVE A SUPPORT? YES NO", the system reloads your selected package.
The pass will be validated on your 1st lift pass, during your 1st day of skiing in Les Gets (please pass gently in front of the terminal on your 1st pass). Even if technically the activation of your load can work in Morzine, we only guarantee it for a 1st passage/departure of the day on a Les Gets RM.
At present, for reasons of compatibility, we only accept cards from other domains that have the same format number as us.
This number is written on your hands-free card.

Visit www.lesgets.ski. This site allows you to order or recharge your packages. The best prices are guaranteed on the Web:
- Choose the type of ski pass you want, season or stay, Les Gets - Morzine or Les Portes du soleil.
- Choose the date of the 1st day of skiing (or mountain biking). Be careful not to confuse it with the day of arrival in the resort.
- Select the number of passes required and add to basket.
- Fill in the information requested when ordering (for the date of birth, select the year first, then the month, then the day); if you've already ordered, the information is saved, so there's no need to fill it in again. Select the people who will accompany you, or add those who are not registered.
- Insurance is systematically offered for ski passes, so check if you need it.
- Confirm your order and pay the amount due, as summarized in your basket.
- The order must be placed at least 15 minutes before going to the slopes. If the order includes special-rate ski passes requiring proof of age, for example, the validation time may be extended.
The same applies to summer ski passes.
Internet : payment by credit card, american express and connect vacation vouchers.
Cash desk : All "standard" means of payment are accepted: cheques, cash, bank cards and vacation vouchers.
You'll find insurance details on snowrisk.com. It is not compulsory, but is systematically offered in winter and summer, for your safety.
Check with your insurance company or bank to find out if you have insurance that covers your stay.
Winter day rate : 3.50 € / person / day
Summer day rate : 4 € / person / day
- "Incorrect card number": Check that you have entered the number "0" and not the letter "o".
- "This person already has a package for this period, you will find it in the basket": a package is already loaded on your hands-free card for this period, you can find it in "my basket", "consult basket". You can modify this basket if you wish.
- "Existing skier": your hands-free card is already linked to another customer account. You must delete it before you can register it to this new account.

The ski pass does not include insurance. You can take it out at the time of purchase.
All you have to do is select a day package and the ski area (Les Gets-Morzine or Portes du Soleil) ; just before the checkout stage, you can insert your promotional code in the blue banner: PROMOTIONAL OPERATIONS. The amount of your order will be modified once your promotional code has been validated.
If you are purchasing a season package, a photo will be required.
When ordering online, you can upload a photo in various formats (jpg, gif, png), either already on your computer or downloaded from a camera. This step is compulsory even if you have already uploaded one the previous season, and you will not be able to proceed to the next step without having uploaded a photo.
A photo is required for the purchase of a season package, a stay of 8 days or more, and for any package for a person under 5 or over 75.
Even if we already have your photo, the online order will not be completed without this compulsory step. You'll need to upload a new one.
With us, a group is formed from 13 people, with a single set of rules and regulations, and only for constituted groups, i.e., an association, a works council...under no circumstances can it be 13 friends coming together.
If you are a group of 4 or more, you can benefit from the Les Gets-Morzine or Portes du Soleil "Tribu" rate: 10% discount on packages of 4 days or more. Please note that all guests must purchase the same ski pass for the same duration and the same ski area, with a single payment.
Sometimes the security settings on your computer filter out unwanted mail. Please check that the e-mail is not in your spam folder.
If not, you can contact us by e-mail. If you have been able to complete your order without hindrance, the transaction has normally been validated. We will send you this confirmation as soon as possible.
