The 5-hour passes are valid for 5 hours from your first entry at the lift gates.
If you already have a hands-free holder, you can top it up via its WTP number. Allow 1 day for activation (photo validation). If this is your first purchase of a lift pass, you can receive it free of charge directly at home (processing within 7 working days + delivery time) or collect it from the Info/Internet Point at the Maison des Gets (3 days after ordering).
