Please make sure to order your pass at least 15 minutes before your first lift gate access!
If you already have a hands-free card, you can reload it using its WTP number. You can also purchase a hands-free card online for €3 and collect it 24/7 at the Click & Collect machine located at the Chavannes ticket office.
5-hour passes are valid for 5 hours starting from your first lift gate access.
